USA – Minn. sulfate wild rice findings released
Source: AGWEEK24/03/2014 – The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, on March 12, released its preliminary findings on how much sulfate pollution is too much for wild rice, saying a two-year, $1.5 million field and laboratory study shows sulfate above 4 to 16 parts per million can produce a chain reaction in the ecosystem that harms wild rice.
